The EBANET3 is an advanced networking monitoring system allowing for fast and easy monitoring of your dry vacuum pumps and abatement systems. The equipment in your factory can be connected on the EBANET network where operating and status information on each piece of equipment is collected on the server. Connected PCs can access and monitor this information. Conveniently, a web browser is the only required programs, no software installation is necessary.

The FAB equipment display layout is shown as a diagram, revealing the equipment’s location while the status of each is classified with a different color (normal-running, normal-stop, warning-run, warning-stop, alarm-stop, or communication error). It can also be displayed in a list format.
