DUTIES:
  • Works on problems of simple to moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
  • Provides technical marketing support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with complex operating systems.
  • Provides, presents and interprets design, application and service information and makes presentations on all aspects of products.
  • Assists sales staff in assessing application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
  • Implements detailed customer installation plans.
  • Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.

EDUCATION:

BS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:
  • Zero (0) to two years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Good working knowledge and use of design and documentation software (e.g. AutoCAD, PCAD).
  • Working knowledge of computer systems including software packages such as Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and support product software (e.g. maintenance program, pump monitoring).

DUTIES:
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
  • Provides technical support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with complex operating systems.
  • Provides, presents and interprets design, application and service information and makes presentations on all aspects of products to all levels of Internal and external Customer management.
  • Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
  • Implements detailed customer installation plans.
  • Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry. CMP process experience required, plating experience a plus.
  • Extensive experience with Statistics, Design of Experiments, JMP analysis software, data analysis, and current process knowledge of latest technology used within the Semiconductor industry.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems including software packages such as Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and support product software (e.g. maintenance program, pump monitoring)
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.

Logistics and Warehouse Manager - Req. #987

DUTIES:
  • Oversees and directs the activities of subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies. (Essential)
  • Ensures that materials are packaged according to specifications and shipped in a timely fashion. (Essential)
  • Audits incoming and outgoing materials to ensure all deadlines are met. Prepares and maintains budget plans and strategies for the Receiving, Shipping and Warehouse Department. (Essential)
  • Ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control personnel. (Essential)
  • Ensures that materials are received from proper vendors, delivered to inventory, packaged according to specifications and shipped in a timely fashion. (Essential)

ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES:
  • Services equipment and/or products at either customer sites or service center to include, all contracted preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, installations and start-ups. (Essential)
  • Ordering, expedition and notifying customers or management when replacement of product is necessary. Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used directly for the service of equipment and/or products. (Essential)
  • Provides documentation of preventative maintenance, down time, issues and time spent preparing reports for product movement and justification for on-site service. Travel to various customer locations if needed. (Essential)
  • Assist in all functions required in the operations of center. Assist and/or provide service back up to other customer sites as necessary. (Non-essential)

  • Working knowledge of mechanical skills. Working knowledge of principles of semiconductor and/or vacuum technology.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems including software packages such as Microsoft Office 97, and Internet Explorer.
  • Provide verification of good driving record if servicing customers offsite.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
