Assists sales staff in assessing application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
Implements detailed customer installation plans.
Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.
EDUCATION:
BS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE:
Zero (0) to two years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
Good working knowledge and use of design and documentation software (e.g. AutoCAD, PCAD).
Working knowledge of computer systems including software packages such as Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and support product software (e.g. maintenance program, pump monitoring).

DUTIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years of work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry. CMP process experience required, plating experience a plus.
Extensive experience with Statistics, Design of Experiments, JMP analysis software, data analysis, and current process knowledge of latest technology used within the Semiconductor industry.
Working knowledge of computer systems including software packages such as Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and support product software (e.g. maintenance program, pump monitoring)
Demonstrated teamwork skills. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.

Ordering, expedition and notifying customers or management when replacement of product is necessary. Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used directly for the service of equipment and/or products. (Essential)
Provides documentation of preventative maintenance, down time, issues and time spent preparing reports for product movement and justification for on-site service. Travel to various customer locations if needed. (Essential)
