EV-S Series pumps line compliments EBARA's existing offering of Dry Vacuum pump systems. The EV-S Series pumps are an extreme power and footprint savings solution to your light duty pumping needs. EBARA's EV-S Series Dry Vacuum pumps offer four models, the EV-S20, EV-S50, EV-S100 and EV-S200. These Engery Savings Vacuum pumps provide pumping speeds from 58 CFM to 710 CFM. A pump idle mode allows the tool to send a remotely controlled signal to the save extra power. EBARA offers options on all EV-S pumps. A Nitrogen purging option dilutes hazardous gases to safe levels and a Niresist (Nickel alloy) option helps prevent corrosion. |
