The Portable Dry Vacuum (PDV) Series pumps line compliments EBARAs existing offering of Dry Vacuum pump systems. The PDV Series are a highly efficient cost effective solution to your clean gas pumping needs. EBARAs PDV Series Dry Vacuum pumps offer two models, the PDV250 and PDV500. These Portable Dry Vacuum pumps provide a maximum pumping speed of 8 CFM or 18 CFM while maintaining an ultimate pressure of 3 mtorr. EBARA has responded to the market place demand for greater reliability for small vacuum pumps. |
