Competitive Health Insurance

ETI offers employees a PPO medical plan through Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We also provide Telemedicine, Dental and Vision plans. We are pleased to be able to provide these plans at a low cost to employees.

Life Insurance Plan

While all employees are provided with a basic life and basic accidental death and dismemberment insurance plan at no cost, employees have the option to purchase additional supplemental life and voluntary accidental death and dismemberment insurance at competitive rates.

401(k) Retirement Plan

We want our employees to meet their financial & investment objectives for retirement.

  • We match 100% of the first 5% in employee contributions
  • All match dollars are immediately vested

Short and long-term disability benefits are provided to all employees at no cost.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Employee Assistance Program

We consider emotional health to be essential to our employees’ overall wellness. Our Employee Assistance Program is a confidential service provided by a third party that gives ETI employees access to a multitude of resources and counseling services to help assist through many of life’s challenges.

Tuition Assistance Program

We provide financial assistance for approved courses, professional training and development up to $10K annually.

Paid Time Off Program

Paid Time Off Program (PTO) hours accrue each pay period and may be used for vacation, sick time and/or other personal needs. Your PTO hours begin accruing the day you start work and may be used immediately. We encourage you to use the hours that you accrue to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

Holidays

We also observe thirteen holidays each year, which include: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day (before & after), Independence Day (before & after), Labor Day (before & after), Thanksgiving Day, and Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

The Process:

  1. Search Open Positions
    Go to current openings tab and select a position. If you don’t find the position you’re looking for, keep in touch to stay current on new opportunities.
  2. Apply
    Complete the required fields in the apply workflow and upload your resume/CV and any supporting documents.
  3. We Review Your Information
    Our HR group will review your qualifications to determine if you’re a good fit. If you are, we’ll be in touch.
  4. Phone Interview
    We’ll contact selected candidates to schedule a phone interview with a Hiring Manager to discuss the job and your qualifications in more detail.
  5. On-site Interview
    You may be asked to join us for an onsite interview. An electronic application form will be required before your interview. You’ll receive instructions to complete this step.
  6. Evaluation & Assessment
    After your interviews, we’ll determine the top candidate for the job and make an offer.
  7. Pre-Employment Screening
    A reference check and background check will be required.
  8. Employment Offer
    If you’ve been selected, we’ll make an employment offer. If you haven’t, we’ll let you know the position has been filled. Keep in touch online though, so you’ll know about future opportunities.
