Sachin Paradkar

Sachin Paradkar

President & CEO, Board of Directors

Mr. Paradkar is the President and & CEO at Ebara Technologies, Inc. Mr. Paradkar assumed his role of President/CEO in April of 2022 and enjoys his position at Ebara Technologies, Inc. (ETI). He joined EBARA Corporation at Japan’s Tokyo HQ in 1996 as an applications and design engineer in the Oil & Gas group of the Machinery and Equipment Company. Mr. Paradkar held a number of positions at EBARA Corporation and Ebara Technologies, Inc. (ETI) until he was promoted to his current position in 2014. Mr. Paradkar obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, India and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance, corporate strategy and marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He enjoys working at ETI due to its purpose driven, flexible and balanced work-life environment. Mr. Paradkar also enjoys the strong focus on technology and innovation while competing in a dynamic global semiconductor industry.


Stan Corum

Stan Corum

CFO & CCO

Mr. Corum started with the company in 1995 and has held numerous finance and administrative managerial positions during his tenure. Currently, Mr. Corum serves as Ebara Technologies Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and the Corporate Secretary. Mr. Corum holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an accounting emphasis, an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in California (not currently practicing public accounting), is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) as well as a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs.


Brian Lutolf

Vice President Operations Division

Mr. Lutolf has worked at Ebara Technologies, Inc. (ETI) since 1996 and now holds the title of Vice President of the Operations Division. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and participates in numerous volunteer and nonprofit groups that give back to the community and focus on making the world a better place. Mr. Lutolf has greatly enjoyed the 20+ years that he has worked at ETI and feels that it is mainly due to the great team that he has had the privilege of leading. He feels he is always learning from the group of people he works with and finds immense satisfaction in these interactions.

Outside of work Mr. Lutolf enjoys spending time with his family, participating in community service and enjoying the outdoors.


Mark Perry

Mark Perry

Vice President & General Manager, Global Components Division

Mr. Perry holds the title of Vice President and General Manager of Global Components Division with Ebara Technologies, Inc. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Westfield State University and originally joined Ebara Technologies, Inc. (ETI) in 1990. Mr. Perry has received numerous industry awards and is an active member of non-profits and community service groups.

Mr. Perry is proud to be a part of ETI from its inception, with his 25+ successful years as a major contributor. Mr. Perry feels that he has been challenged both professionally and personally. He believes that Ebara’s global vision funded with world class products and services, has allowed him to work with and build personal relationships with customers and employees focused on common goals. Mr. Perry is thankful for a job that has given him the benefit of working with some of the best people in the world in over 25 countries.


Toshikazu Yajima

Toshikazu Yajima

Director of Strategic Global Semiconductor Equipment Division

Mr. Yajima is the General Manager, Strategic System Equipment Division. He received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tokyo Denki University in Japan.

Mr. Yajima was a design engineer in factory automation system and joined the Ebara Corporation Fujisawa factory in 2000. In 2005 he transferred to ETI as the Technical Support Engineer for plating tools. After that Mr. Yajima held a number of positions at Ebara Corporation in Japan as well as ETI in the United States until he was promoted to his current position as managing of CMP and Plating tool in 2021.

Mr. Yajima enjoys working at ETI because the division has a lot of challenges and also opportunities to learn and contribute the most advanced technologies for chip manufacturing industry.


Brandon Weis

Brandon Weis

Vice President & General Manager, Systems Equipment Division

Mr. Weis joined Ebara Technologies, Inc. (ETI) in 2000 as an Applications Engineer and is currently the Vice President and General Manager of the Global Systems Equipment Division. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University.

Mr. Weis feels fortunate to be at a company that has provided areas for growth and challenges across different roles for the past 23+ years. He oversaw strategic evaluations of our latest CMP technology at customer sites and process development in our labs for leading edge technology roadmaps. Ebara has given him the privilege to work with amazing colleagues, customers and partners throughout the world.

Outside of work, Brandon supports his wife homeschooling two daughters and their love of horses through county 4H and state competitions. He enjoys the ranch life, mountain biking, and family vacations along with continuing education through the UC Berkeley Haas school of business.
